Surprising to see that the Oilers average age is 30 and the Sabres is 24.

We’ve had games start at nearly 9 PM by the time the anthem singer has finished a 25 minute rendition of 2 one minute songs and the puck is finally dropped. Today we get the breakfast special, which is ok given the alternative. And on the breakfast menu is Buffalo.

I never knew Buffaloes had such long tongues until I saw this gif. Hopefully their long tongues don’t impede our movement to the net!

It really is spellbinding seeing those tongues.

They remind me of our former Bison King now playing his trade with Penguins. But after seeing these pictures he really should be in Buffalo. You know of whom I speak.

Anyways I’ve no idea where I’m going with this other than it’s almost 1 AM and we need a GDT.

The day after the TDL and Holland thought it ended Thursday - but @CycloneSweep tells me thats what happens when you’re over 65. Your brain turns to mush and you can’t function properly.

The Oilers have revamped the lines and had a serious on ice meeting of the leaders since the debacle vs bottom feeder Columbus.



Let’s hope it gets serious during game play and they don’t think it’s a lunch start.

Plus GDT don’t lose.

Looking for a rebound game from the Oilers.

I'm off to Buffalo right now to take my kids to their first NHL game, so hopefully the Oilers put on a show for them and end it with a victory.

I'm liking the forward lines.

• Top line's been dominant all season.
• Draisaitl works well with the puck hounds McLeod and McLovin.
• Kane and Perry get to be assholes to the opposition to their hearts' content.

Also if the opposition is being super physical with McDavid, it's super easy to swap him and Rico. Kane and Perry open up the ice for McDavid, and RNH-Henrique-Hyman becomes a very nice 2-way line.

As with most Oiler games, if they show up they will win. I'm on the fence, on one hand I want to see Vegas miss the playoffs so we don't need to play another 100M+ roster again. Otoh it would be funny to see the Cansucks finish 1st in the west and play them in round 1 lmfao.

I'm glad the deadline is over. These bottom feeding teams won't have half their rosters playing to their max so they can get noticed.

A healthy vegas is a top 5 team, a healthy vegas when cap doesn't matter likely wins the cup again this year
