It could also be the fact that his style of play may not be as well suited to play against physical teams like Syracuse as compared to Robinson and Kramer.

It will be interesting to see whether he plays tonight.

Absolutely it is a non-individual stat but when it is noticeably higher than the rest of your teammates it is usually an indicator that you are playing well.

+/- doesn't translate league-wide but when it is compared with a bunch of guys who are getting the same goaltending, same system, same team success and failures it is pretty useful, IMO.

He has. To be honest, he hasn't been noticeable. However, the other defenders have been noticeable defensively(For all the wrong reasons)

therefore making Claesson that good.

I wouldn't look too much into it at this point. +/- stats are better utilized over large sample sizes.
