It's so obvious the answer is move Marner for a dman and futures and use his cap space to retain guys like Bert and Domi and have some cap to add a 6-7M dman.
Only if they can convince him to move and then find a willing partner and that’s going to be tough

Down 2-1, essentially a must win game....at home. Marchand said Bruins in 5 after icing game 3. And this is how they come out. It is pretty evident that this group does not and never has any amount of pride.

This wasn't true, he was talking about time left on the clock and was misquoted.

The rest is accurare though, this is nothing short of pathetic

If Marner and Tavares ends up this series with the same amount of points as Kampf and Reeves, there will be so much pressure on them.

It won't be tough to get him to waive. This market is going to erupt in Marner toxicity plus they will want to either sign him or move him this offseason. Maybe he is ok with a fresh start outside the BS.

Lots of teams with cap space and need. Blackhawks might want a guy to play with Bedard and lead their young core. Similar to how the Rangers got Panarin

Talent without heart is useless against a relentless forecheck. Couple that with a goalie who can’t make a big save against a goalie who can and it’s 1-0.

When I was younger the 2000-2002 teams were always the underdog skill wise but has bulldogs everywhere. Playoff warriors. This team doesn’t have 1

Ya, but those teams were never winning a cup, they could out hustle some teams, but never out skill and you need both to win.

Like the NYI, the extra playoff success is fun, but they are never considered a contender because they need 4 perfect series.
