Just wait if you think this game is boring, tomorrow is going to double it.

Our offense has been largely nonexistent for large swathes of the season. This will eventually catch up. Need a response or some pressure. Stuck at 5 entire shots

I'd forgotten how much Tim Peel and his ilk can ruin a good hockey game for me. Love how he's not just crap w/r/t the discipline part of his job, but can't get out of his own damn way and causes turnovers for the opposition in our defensive zone as a result.

Is the guy with the puck the only one who is allowed to move on the PP?
That definitely seems a trend in multiple areas of our game. Caught in D zone? Everyone standing except guy chasing puck. PP? Everyone waiting on a cross ice without moving and opening the pass lanes. Not doing simple things to generate chances.

Carey Price hasn’t given up a goal in the last 86 minutes of play... :sarcasm:

I imagine the plan to play the Jackets is to take a 1-0 or 2-0 lead and then commit penalties the rest of the game

I love how the Habs are handling transition defense. Double-team on one forechecker, and one defenseman plays the puck while the other just grabs the player. Never called for it. Ever.

Tim Peel a fan of old school interference-palooza, it seems

Apparently Customs allowed Julien into Canada with that plan as I always felt Boston’s game used a lot of that holding style.
