That's a pretty massive assumption. He's one season removed from 90 points, and he looked fantastic at the beginning of last year. To suggest he can't be better than last year is nonsensical.

I'm not worried in the slightest about losing Toffoli. He had a great year, but there are a handful of guys on the roster who can and should be better than even that.

Did you forget he is going to be 33 when next season start,. Treliving did a lot of dumb things but Kadri was probably the dumbest. He would be lucky to repeat last year which was his standard production. The 90 pt season was propped up by Makar and companies

As for rest of the Flames, if you check, none of them had performed without great seasons by Johnny, including Lindholm. What make you feel confident they can do it now? Huberdeau finally wake up?

Kadri's more of a .7-.8 ppg player, and Huberdeau was well over a ppg player for 4 years before coming here, so they both will regress closer to what they're supposed to be.
