Lineup starting to look pretty thin for this one with the flu going through the room.

My guess at the lineup...

Burrows-Brassard-Stone
Hoffman-Pageau-Pyatt
Dzingel-Thompson- uh... Paul?
McCormick-Dido-uhm... Rodewal?

Inj: Ryan, Turris, Smith, White, MacArthur(IR)

Oduya-Karlsson
Phaneuf-Ceci
Claesson-Wideman
Boro

I'm I missing somebody? 4 call-ups seems like too many

Speaking of the flu and how our lineup looks in light of that, I kind of want to see how DiDomenico reacts to more ice time. For science.

The mistakes he makes on the ice seem like they could be from nerves and a lack of confidence. Maybe without feeling like he needs to be perfect all of the time or else get healthy scratched / demoted, he can settle down and find a groove?

I mean, I'm not expecting that to happen, but it would be neat if it did.

I kind of figured based on inconsistent energy levels against the kings that there was something going around the locker room, might explain some of last game.

I'm going to guess Boro plays as a forward, maybe Claesson too. We should call up Chabot to make that happen (jk)

Thought Brown showed alot of good things but at least we're making sure with him rather than throwing him to the wolves.

He looked a like slow and tentative last night ........ and was easily knocked off the puck ............ he's young, and needs to "fill out" ..... I bet he hits the weights over next summer and adheres to the diet program they've put him on.

#65 didn't look his old self yesterday
Might be the start of the flu too

5 turnovers is probably the most I have ever see him turn the puck over
He is usually so good with the puck...

Probably right... He lost the puck , and had too many passes intercepted yesterday,,.,very unlike him, he usually threads the needle pretty good. He takes risks and they usually work out his way. Could just be a little drained too... no training camp, not able to do a lot of cardio with the foot injury/recovery... and the adrenaline rush from the first games is gone.

Here's hoping that Chlapik gets to play. I loved that pick from day one and I hope he proves me right.

What does it mean for Paul if he is technically not better than the fifth called up after, Dido, McCormick, Rodewald and now Rookie Chlapik? You can almost bet that he is already behind White.
