I know this doesn’t answer the OP’s question directly since the isles are already in it, but who else I would like to see?

Truly, anyone but the Rangers. 1 Cup win in 84 years is truly remarkable despite ping-pong ball “luck” in 2 consecutive years, talented veterans forcing themselves onto the team at the TDL and UFAs and college FAs favoring them as a destination.

As for the other teams, I’d be happy to see Boston or Colorado win.

I think I’m gonna hop on the Edmonton bandwagon this year. Winning cups is part of the legacy of virtually all of the greats, would be nice to see McDavid hoist his first.

Canes are in it obviously but if they lose/if they weren't, I'd pull for Nashville with HMs going to Edmonton, Dallas and Ovi/Washington (Ovi getting a 2nd ring this year would be frigging insane; but certainly not happening).

As a playoff team, I prefer it go to first time winners, then seasoned vets, then long droughts, then old dynasties, then recent winners, then Leafs and Oilers.
