I saw a Sportsnet commercial with Phil recently and he looked heavy set. Heavier than he ever has. Maybe it was just the angle but if that's him at his physical peak, it doesn't bear well for a <36 inch waste as he ages.

It's not out of the realm of possibility.

Of course, Crosby's game may fall significantly at a relatively early age also. He's already had to adjust his game because of the wear and tear the way he played impacted on his health. I would not be surprised he drops off to an 80 point type player in about 3 years.Counting on Crosby being Crosby in some not yet certain 2018 olympics is a significant reach IMO.

We don't know how these guys games are going to age. We can make no assumptions on the positive or negative side.
