Learn the rules? Maybe you should?

57.1 Tripping – A player shall not place the stick, knee, foot, arm, hand or elbow in such a manner that causes his opponent to trip or fall.

Accidental trips which occur simultaneously with a completed play will not be penalized. Accidental trips occurring simultaneously with or after a stoppage of play will not be penalized.

Letang went for the puck, and got the puck. Intent wasn't to trip, it was accidental. Shockingly, the refs know the rules.
It was not simultaneous. Even the pens fans arguing it said "he got the puck first."

I know the game may have gone already, but that non call on the trip was absolutely undefendable. The puck was there, so you can’t say it’s behind the play. It doesn’t matter if he got the puck, it’s literally the worst call I’ve ever seen.

It’s almost as bad as seeing Konecny get punched twice and cross checked once whilst lying on the ice and calling nothing until he retaliates.

We’re our own worst enemy and probably lose this regardless, but the refereeing in those two instances was undefendable and they should answer for it.
The Penguins had 1 PP all game. Please.

I understand their frustration. The refs hosed them down the stretch, but don’t throw trash on the ice.

Agreed, lifetime bans and criminal prosecution should happen.

At the same time, you can't beat Pittsburgh if your goalie sucks and the Flyers are almost always icing AHL tier goalies.

Mike Sullivan is better than Scotty Bowman. Let's just get that out of the way. No Malkin. Opponent scores 5. They score 8. and its 2018 not 80's.

At least they know the correct tripping rule unlike you
