Couple of things:

I gotta hand it to TFP. I typically don't give them the time of day, but Pagnotta has been on it this offseason.

Happy for LA and their fans. As a Duck fan, I hate Doughty. He's one of those players you hate, but you'd love for your team to have him. However, happy for Kings fans. Seeing a team lose their franchise player blows, even if selfishly I would have loved to see him leave the Pacific.

Re-signing a top 3 defenseman never sounds bad to me. Already knew it would be north of Kopitar as that was important last contract too (being highest paid on team).
