Did I hear that pregame stat right...England and Scotland have met close to 120 times over 150 years, but this is only the 2nd time in a "big tournament"?
Teams should actually be penalized for a 0-0 draw. Who wants to watch that for 90 minutes?
Memphis Depay to Barcelona...for free. Damn, could be signing of the summer.
Is he playing for free as well lol?
a lot more pressure than at Lyon….I’m skeptical, but yeah could be a bargain.
Czech Republic and Englad already qualified.
The winner of Croatia and Scotland will also qualify. If they draw, non of them will go to the 1/8

Haven't looked at the table but I think there are implications for these matches.
There are definitely implications on who you get in the round of 16 and it isn’t necessarily what you would expect. D1 gets F2, so the second place team in the group of death. D2 gets E2, right now Slovakia but maybe Spain or Sweden.
So if you are England would you rather win and likely get Germany or lose and have a reasonable chance of getting Sweden or Slovakia? I know who I’d prefer not to play.
It's just a wee bit complicated overall lol

Looks like Germany could actually fail to move on if Hungary beats them and Portugal wins, along with some other tie and GD hijinx. Complex group and clearly the group of death as advertised:
