Having zero bottom six scoring his been our downfall for years. Boyle, Gibbons, Noesen, Coleman and Wood are starting to contribute the way a deep lineup should.

The main reason we have been so successful lately. You depend too much on a couple of guys and you are in deep trouble once they get cold. Coleman and Gibbons especially have been so darn good, just no comparison to what we had to ice on the 4th line for the last years.

Hall - Hischier - Bratt
Johansson - Zacha - Palmieri
Gibbons - Zajac - Coleman
Wood - Boyle - Noesen

I just hope that second line meshes. These last few games have been the best seen of Zacha, he is gaining confidence offensively.
I approve of these lines.

I'm going to bet Hynes doesn't use them.

Go with them but be open to flipping Bratt and Palms.

I think in recent years we have struggled both because of lousy bottom 6 scoring, but also the lack of a legit top line.

This year we are deep for sure, but also getting top line production.

Now I fully expect the top line guys, especially Nico to get better with time, but it will be interesting to see if we can continue to get offensive contributions from the likes of Gibbons, Noesen and Coleman(I mention these guys specifically because I expected about zero from these 3 entering the season).

With the recent uptick of Zacha, and the Gibbons Zajac Coleman line, that lineup has zero holes in it.

When healthy, outside of sticking Hayes into the lineup for Zacha, there is not much that Hynes could/would do to create a bad lineup. Everyone is playing well.

Look who scored last game: Coleman, Santini, Boyle, Lappin, Boyle. In the last five years, would it have seemed possible to get no production from the top-6 and still put up 5 goals? Our bottom-6 has been tremendous so far.

I still think he scored before the horn sounded. Wish they'd have done a replay with the game clock and when his shot reached the net instead of me just reading in this forum "Oh. He missed it by .1 second"

Bullcrap. Show me the PROOF.

They did do that, it was just outside the crease at 0.1 and half way into the crease it was 0.0, I think they all saw a good replay of it because Zacha was snapping a stick before the ref even announced it.

Also, I would imagine it definitely was before the horn, because if the horn blew any early than that, it would have been during the period still.

0.1 after the end is pretty instantaneous for an arena horn to go off.

Yes. Love these lines. Noesen/Coleman and Palms/Bratt could also be interchangeable in these lines. If Zacha could play like a decent middle 6 center, this team is going to be so much better. If he can't stick on the 2nd line, that's when this lineup looks like it has massive holes.

C'mon man. This is bad take. Nobody has questioned the NHL's integrity when it comes to syncing the clock and replay

No rush on Marjo.

I'll be happy with Hall and Palm's on monday, then Johansson soon after.

Man, I forgot Stafford existed.

I think we'd all like to see Zacha a little higher up, but if he brings it, a Wood Zacha Stafford line could be effective.

They'd have to make a move to reactivate MoJo, so I imagine they're not rushing him back.
Will be a very interesting decision. Zero chance Gibbons get's sent down, Can't send Coleman down right now right?

Looks to me like either give Hayes the boot, or Zacha goes to B-Ham.
