The secret should be that he should use Kane like a 13th forward in international tourneys, sporadically and when you want to change things. His 5v5 play is atrocious and his inclusion on PP1 has been bad.

Elevate Vesey, Motte and Goodrow into spots. Skill level is not an issue in the top 6, but will and drive have been. Those 3 at least give effort, and can it rub off on players. Kreider-Zib-Vesey and Panarin-Trocheck-Vesey have done very well 5v5, because Vesey will skate, defend, and let dudes control the puck and he fills in the gaps.

Part of the reason you have depth and guys on the 4th line like that is when you need a spark, they can provide it. No better time than now to do that.

You're down to the bottom of the barrel and if someone is lacking, you can't work through it anymore.

I wish coach and FO egos weren’t so large, and that they cared as much as we did. And then wish the players could accept passes, shoot when it makes sense and handle the puck like it’s a puck and not like a projectile from an M203Th
That's a LOT to ask for, like asking Daddy for a car when you're only 16. Ain't gonna happen.

Somehow the Devil decided to leave Georgia, headed North and landed in Manhattan.

Remember, each game is it's own entity. The Rangers usually play their best when backed up against the perverbial wall.. Get the 1st goal, win the 1st period, the 2nd period, the game.
Place ALL the pressure on the Devils playing their 1st Game 7. Jitter city. NYR's have been there and done that. Have faith fellas, and........do a hekuvva lot of praying, because I will be.

There needs to be a concerted effort to get to the front of their net and screen the goalie and create havoc and rebound chances.

The perimeter floating and trying to create E/W every single time is so clearly not working. Dumb it down, dump it in and actually bust your ass to go get and win it from their D and get some point shots with traffic in front. This has all been far too easy on Schmid. Get an early goal, have him questioning himself and get the Devils running around in their own end. Obviously this is all easier said than done but it is possible.

It feels like the end is already here but it's not over. The 4th game is always the hardest to win. Come back with similar efforts and obviously it actually is over, but if they can manage to find their level from the first couple games this series is still winnable.

Igor is dialed in. Give him a couple goals of support and play with the lead and you can win.

Literally had nightmares about Mika last night
I keep going back to Tob's imagining of Mika at Whole Foods looking at the selection of hand squeezed almond milks in the refrigerator case and apologizing to anyone he is blocking and then getting into a conversation about how smooth and silky his hair is with someone who compliments him.

Its everyone from sather down to the players.

The only people doing there job are the trainers and equipment managers.

And you have come to this conclusion based on nothing other than the team lost.

Players are given everything possible in order to succeed All of the players try their best.

This doesn't come close to guaranteeing success.

All that matters is on-ice performance by the players.
