He came in at 5’10” 172lbs at the combine.

Feet/inch measurements are all weird, for example Podkolzin is closer to 6 foot 0 what to 6 foot 1
crazy that at some point he was reported to be 6 foot 4.... lol and officially listed as one....

I have seen several photos and in games as well, where he is the same height as
MacKinnon, who is 6 foot 0, who's height been measured from 6 foot 0 to 6 foot 2,
for quite some time he was officially listed as 6 foot 1

I have seen lists where Kyrou is 5 foot 11 and 6 foot 0
5 foot 10? he is taller than that, for sure.

His brother is listed as 6 foot 0, he is not that much shorter what his brother.

What? He’s definitely 5’10. He was literally measured 5’10 last month.

I appreciate the story Geroge - but Kyrou was officially listed at 5’10” at the NHL combine. That’s the gospel for height mesurments.

The official measurements can be wrong. They are within the margin of human error, but they are usually very accurate.

Is his skating really that terrible?? Did it improve at all during the season?

Needs to improve his straight line skating/speed and his defense. If he does, he could be a really good one

Kyrou had a very good prospects tournament. Wouldn’t be surprised if he ends up being a steal down the road.

Sucks thou that he had to return to the OHL.
CHL gives him zero challenges at this point.

They really should change the AHL rule already.
Like yesterday.

He still needs work defensively. Plus a slightly undersized 18-19 yr old offensive dman in the AHL is more than likely gonna struggle. Another year (or 2) in the CHL is definitely the right choice

Seeing him defensively against more aged prospect in Traverse city showed that he needs to work on his D-side a decent bit.

Offence is there, no doubt. If he gets slightly better defensively this year while managing to lead his team in points by a considerable margin then I see that as win for him developmentally
