There is two scenarios.
1. They choose Crosby no matter what (like in 2016, and to lesser extent 2017).
2. If its close its Kessel because they want to make up for 2016) or Malkin for it being so close in 2017. They are both "due"
I think or at least want to believe that the voters is in the second group, because its the lesser of two evils. But it wont matter because this will be the year when Crosby is going all out nuts like in his prime 2008-2011 and gets all votes. Would actually love this scenario if it werent for people that would say that hes a threepeat winner and therefor should be included in the big 4 group.
If someone else wins I would guess its Bolts and it will be a 50/50 race between Stamkos and Kucherov but Stamkos will have the tiebreaker being canadian. I posted many times about how one of the voters Per Bjurman hates russians and actually said Kucherov was one of the biggest dissapointing pieces in 2016-2017 , so theres the tiebreaker for you.
And if you're reading this Per Bjurman, you might convince people on Sportbladet that you actually see other teams than Rangers, but you cant fool me.
