Is Carter Hart eligible to return to the CHL next season? Some sort of overage season? Does he HAVE to go to AHL/NHL?

Is Carter Hart eligible to return to the CHL next season? Some sort of overage season? Does he HAVE to go to AHL/NHL?

He is eligile to come back for an overage season since hes a 98 born. He will most likely be in AHL as his numbers are too good for whl and i cant remember a goalie of his caliber coming back for an OA season
