When the organization lies about consecutive sell outs, yes.

It's as bad as the Washington wizards saying there's 12k in attendance because that's their STH base when clearly there's 6-8,000.

Everyone clearly knows they don't sell out every game, they "donate" remaining tickets unsold at puck drop.

If you want proof look at home games to eastern conference teams to western conference teams or division teams. They're all 17,113 unless it's an actual sellout.

They post exact numbers for any game that sells out in real terms but gives the token 17,113 for ones they donate tickets.
