Why isn't Patches included? La needs speedy wingers. Switch out two of the picks for Pacioretty and it makes more sense for LA if they're committing to a retool over a rebuild. Seems like kind of an overpayment from MTL though.

Again I did say it’s a bad trade for MTL. Villardi is the only prospect on the Kings with over top 6 potential. That makes him pretty close to untouchable unless someone absolutely blows them away with an offer.

I don't disagree, but this isn't the kind of trade to get them to move Gabriel Vilardi. This is the kind of trade to get them to move Drew Doughty with one year left on his contract.

If you wanted Doughty you’d need a much better center piece. No slight to any of these players but Doughty is one of the top 3 D in the league. This might be fair value wise but there isn’t one piece in there to get Doughty.

Wouldn't trade galchenyuk and Gallagher for Carter and vilardi. But add a 1st, 3 2nds lehkonen and hudon too? Horrendous!
