Pumping a lot of shots but very little of quality

I disagree there was 3 or 4 flurries where it was surprising something didn't go in. Some dumb luck, some good netminding. Pretty much the opposite of our game so far. Zero dumb luck and flat out bad luck on the goals.against.

not really comparable at all here. we were young and fresh and motivated and actually talented and able to outwork an older team. also Caps were coming off a super deep Cup run and that affects teams the following year and having lost Trotz and replaced him with some scrub HC. Caps aren't even on the same stratosphere as us this year. Of course, it's sports and anything can happen, but I'm no more worried about the Caps than NYI, or Philly -- both of whom I am confident we win in 6 or less easily
