Trotz development of young players has be downright awful. If it wasn't for Kuz developing in the KHL I'm sure we would have broke his Creativity and bench him for trying the dangle moves

What would you like to see Trotz do to develop Caps' young players better?

Put the players in a position where they can succeed why not have put the bura on the first line he's way better then DSP. Limiting ice time to teach him a lesson isn't going to make him better. Burying prospects on the 4th line hasn't worked to well here.

I don't get it. Doesn't scratching young players usually produce a very positive result? They often exhibit much higher compete level, win more board battles, take more direct routes to the net after been reinstated into the lineup.

It's not as if Burakovsky has been creating a ton of chances and is simply unlucky. Unlike Bowey, he isn't paired up with crap linemate, either.
