It's been repeated more than once and also by Vogel so I take it at face value. MacLellan tends to execute on his intentions. Of course, MacLellan would never broadcast an intent to move out core pieces if it was in the cards but for ownership reasons I'll believe that when I see it.

Does he also tend to telegraph his every move? No…

And yeah we’ll all see it when we believe it, because it’s hard to reshape a roster effectively in one offseason with what they have….I think he’s looking to acquire multiple guys through trades.
