8-92-65 is probably one of the dumbest scoring lines in the league. Trotz's hands off 'Try Harder!' approach likely doesn't help much but that's a really underwhelming line that has to play way faster if it's going to have any success. Once the Backstrom line faded they had very little going otherwise 5-on-5.

It doesn't help that Carlson's offense is pretty limited and Niskanen has a terrible shot. If defenses contain Orlov they've mostly got the back-end covered.
