They could yes...But that team like the Ilses are playing that gritty defensive style,that often leads to being in a long series in the 2nd round

At this point I believe it's more likely that they sweep Boston or Toronto than the other way around.

The team that has won two of the last three Stanley Cups just got swept. The President's Trophy winning team that tied for the most wins ever in an NHL regular season just got swept. So yes, of course a team that just barely squeaked into the playoffs can be swept.

They're going to have the benefit of taking on a team that had to get through an incredibly physical series, and will get some time to rest. I don't see them losing, much less getting swept. I don't know what Tortorella did after that first period of Game 1, but his team made the best regular season team in the league look like an absolute joke through the remainder of the series.
