HF Habs: Byron or Gallagher

Gallagher whithout thinking twice.

This being said, Byron is a good complimentary top 6 winger and we are very lucky to have him. I feel he will give us a few good and productive seasons.

I would keep and protect both

Byron has been really good for us this year, but give me Gally any day. Gallagher is having an off-season, but has been playing much better for the past few games.

Im happy we have both in our team and they are on good contracts.

But if we had to pick between one or the other I was going for Gallagher, my friend was going for Byron.

Its a tough call since Byron seems to have hit his stride.

In the context to build a team i don't think it's a tough call to be honest. If you have to chose one this year to win in playoffs then yeah a tough call.

But if you have to chose one for the next 5 years to contend every year then you have to go with the safer bet and it is Gallagher imo. He's more proven and also younger. There's injuries concern but that should not stop you from taking him over Byron.
