A couple of .500 hockey clubs will make up the wildcard this year for the west.

Honestly if you told me that these 18 skaters met for the first time 10 minutes before game time and have never played or practiced together I would believe it. Zero cohesion.

thomas is in the right role. kyrou is just a freeloading parasite who will never a top line player, he can't produce against similar or better competition. hes just a PP specialist who can excel when a team has him going against other teams 2nd/3rd lines and d pairing due to having great depth.

I can’t figure out what anyone else enjoys about this team. I hardly like watching any aspect of them.

I only watch half the games now and they’re still hard to sit through. I hate this roster.

Not a great game for The Blues. They ran into a team playing hard for their new coach, and trying to end their long losing streak in their own arena. Tough for a relatively undisciplined, mediocre team to overcome. I hope we get to see Hofer again next game. This season is mainly about seeing the young players progress.

Buchnevich and Saad are our only trade chips that have value to other teams With the exception of Thomas, Kyrou and Parayko, who I’m not trading. Faulk May have some value too.

I personally wouldn't have picked Schenn for captain, but leadership isn't a problem. We have multiple guys in much higher roles than they should be and the middle of our lineup is a mess.

Yep. We looked even worse last year under O’Reilly.

It really doesn’t matter who is captain, the team just isn’t good.
