I like this. He's done well developing the young defensemen in Hartford.

Really happy for Beuk, and this is good news for Skjei, McIlrath, and Graves

Nothing like a staffing announcement to distract from the lack of movement on the Rangers part. Just like last year!

(I like this move)

Land of no calls..
He's done a phenomenal job with McIlrath, Skjei and Graves. Hopefully he continues his work with the big club.

I was hoping he'd take over the head coaching role with the Pack, but this'll work.

It is an awesome move though :)

And its much better to see this than :

"Breaking news! Rangers sign Stamkos to 10/8 with full NMC.
Also signs Okposo to 8/8 for his feared enforcer skills"

:D

What does this have to do with Staal or Girardi?

If anything, I'm curious if Beuk can work with them to get them back to their old selves.

I think we'll see a rebound for Staal with him having his first full offseason to heal and relax in years. Girardi is a lot tougher, especially with that cracked kneecap and overall wear and tear from years of physical abuse to his body.
