I HATE 5:00 PM local time starts, they're so beyond pointless.

I understand a 1:00 or 2:00 PM start local time, maybe even 3:00 PM, but this very late afternoon start is pretty pointless to me. Sounds like Carolina redneck shit. They start a lot of their Sunday home games at 5:00 PM, so people don't miss the NASCAR race, which is usually over a bit before that.
