Yeah, Conroy was our last reliable faceoff guy that I can remember. After he took position in the front office, we stunk so bad at the dot, he would come down during practices to help the guys improve on the draw. There was a void there until Monahan. I remember right after we drafted him, he made a point about getting better with faceoffs.
