Like I explained when it happened, you shouldn't receive much more than 3 times what you gave before giving again.In your deal, you received almost 5 times what you gave before giving again.

The condition: This trade is valid if and only if Velociraptor's clock expires and the 216th pick is made immediately thereafter (within 10 minutes). That way I in essense am only dropping one slot in this deal and rmartin gets to move up 3 slots now.

I have had to wait all day today. It's 10 pm Sunday night where I am, and I ain't gonna suddenly make a rushed pick or leave alist after waiting so long for my time.

from rmartin's perspective, if V's clock is skipped and I take 1 hour or more to research and post my post announcements (as i enjoy doing), and if V makes up his skipped picks in the meantime (like jarek did before), then that means FOUR picks will have been made before he picks. So - under this scenario - he actually moves up FIVE slots (if V shows up within the hour or 2 after his clock expires and i haven't made both of my picks yet).

Anyways, from a trade approval committee's POV, it's a minor deal that should get rubberstamped.

I move up a little in the next couple of rounds when who knows if there may be only 1 or 2 guys remaining on my shortlist i desperately want... and i move down with BENCH picks, which i actually like, because there are all-time greats who shouldn't drop out of the all time draft that might if they aren't drafted in round 25, and for the last pick or two, getting BPA is often a top priority for me.
