Guys put up 30+ wins every year of his career, has put up a .920 since 09, a GAA under 2.5 his whole career, and a playoff career GAA of >.920. But yes, you're right he's fallen off. We score goals now, so our goalie must be worse!

If Price stays healthy he'll be a way better goalie then Lundqvist will ever be. Price is the kind of goalie that can take an average team to a Stanley Cup Championship. Lundqvist did not do that. Price is already a better goalie than Lundqvist.

Also I think Hank's playoff resume is downgraded because of no championships. His playoff numbers were insane for a relatively long time. Averaging around .930% over 70+ playoff games within 4 seasons is nuts. Dominik Hasek never even did something like that. Patrick Roy did.

They are rightfully downgraded. Who cares about your playoff numbers if you don't win the important ones? He was a complete dumpster fire last POs. Ranger fans can put their head in the sand and deny it but until Lundqvist turns it up and makes up for that disgusting performance then he should get the flaming and question his game as a whole slowing down.

My problem isn't him vs another goalie. My problem is he makes 8.5 Mil meanwhile guys like Crawford who make less play just as good when it matters most.
