You wouldn't think RBD was a good coach by listening to him talk

Why is Varmalov starring? Sorokin hurt?

Since some fans here think of Casey Mittelstadt as a #1 center, you'd have to think then that the Avs are one of the top picks to win the cup with two #1 centers in MacKinnon and Mittelstadt. :sarcasm:

Who and when did fans say that? There’s a difference in thinking Casey was our best center which people have said, and thinking Casey was a #1 center. I don’t remember anybody saying they thought he was a #1 center.

Heck of a game #1 entertainment wise. Carolina just has too much talent for Islanders to overcome. Carolina didn’t play their usual dominant puck possession game.

Toronto absolutely does not want the smoke. Bruins just crushing anyone that moves for the last 2 minutes or so

Toronto is such a flawed team. Goaltending and defense are weak.

Watching the bodies fly and the sheer intensity I couldn't imagine the Sabres keeping pace
They also obsess over adding more grit for every playoff run to the point that they have zero depth scoring, so if any of the big 4 either struggle or are hurt, they’re sunk offensively

Difference between physicality being a part of your team’s DNA and going out and getting physicality from the market to make up for it.
