A. The "new" Devils brass say everyone is available
B. They would certainly send him here for the right price
C. He would in a heartbeat IMO.

Devils are going to ask for too much...You're talking first, real good prospect and player I would assume..maybe something like First, Frederic/Vaak/Stud and a guy like Kuraly or Clifton maybe, or 1st and Heinen or Bjork. Will be rich. Has another year left on his deal.
A 2021 first and Heinen, Id do it yesterday.

Palmieri and Wood 7.37mill
For
Heinen, Senyshyn, Zboril, Moore, Backes 50%, 1st 2020 and 2nd 2021 8.6mill

Marchand-Bergeron-Pastrnak
Frederic-Krejci-Palmieri
Debrusk-Coyle-Bjork
Wood-Kuraly-Wagner
Nordstrom

Chara-McAvoy
Krug-Carlo
Gryz-Clifton
Lauzon-Miller

This would give us the big strong/ skilled line up we are all looking for. Would love to keep the Debrusk-Coyle-Bjork line together after seeing them today. I actually think Frederic could be a solid fit on the second line playing a similar role as a young Lucic.

We are giving a lot on the Trade but we get back what we need and sending a lot of Salary back in return

I cringe when I see senyshyn name is coming up. Watch him become a 30 goal guy Eric Cole type for years to come.

Unfortunately Backes won't waive his NTC so that won't happen.

Funny I was thinking same kind of deal. Not sure I like the 50% retention though. Love the rest

I cringe every time I see Miles Wood in a trade proposal. People seem to think he's some wrecking ball that hits everything that moves when in reality he's 71st in hits for a winger and has no finishing ability. He's not a bad player. He has good speed but that's about it. He's not worth drooling over.

If Bruins are going to trade with the Devils I want them to target Coleman instead of Palmieri. Palmieri is a PP specialist, a shooter, not a big body to stand in front of a goalie. So, is Palmieri going to bump off one of Pasta, March, Bergy from the 1st PP unit? If not than he gets to play on the 2nd PP unit for 35 to 40 seconds. That is a waste of assets to pay a steep price for him. Besides, both Palmieri and Coleman are 28yo, both have an extra year before UFA, both are 5"11 however Coleman is 15 pounds heavier than Palmieri. Coleman's cap hit is 1,8m. Also Coleman is a very good 2way winger, good PK unit , over the last 3 seasons each year he has scored 3 shorties. He should be definitely cheaper to get than Palmieri.

Marchand - Bergeron - Pastrnak
Kreider - Krejci - Bjork
DeBrusk - Coyle - Toffoli
Frederic/Nordström - Kuraly - Wagner

2nd round pick, Heinen, Zboril for Kreider at 50%

3rd round pick, Moore, Cehlarik for Toffoli 50%

Picks could have conditions that they go up if Bruins make finals (2nd to 1st. 3rd to 2nd)

Moore & Heinen combined salary 5,55 mil

Kreider & Toffoli combined salary 4,613 mil

Hell, target both of them ... for what it would cost for one, why not pay a little extra and get both.

Vak isn't struggling, Lias is. No thanks
Andersson has little value after accusing the Rangers of abuse, they'll be lucky to get a Cam Hughes or the rights to JFK,he'll be a throw in , Ranger fans are delusional if they think they'll get value back

Not sure it would get it done and would prefer a heavier upgrade on the 4th line, but I could live with this going in to the playoffs.

Still not sold on their LD. They have 3 guys who combined would make up one all around defender. Not sure a guy is out there they could swing a deal for but I’d be inquiring even if it cost Grizz
