I’d have no issues with a 4th line:
Kuraly - J.Thornton - Blidh

Yes.If LA was the issue and not Kovalchuk, is it safe to assume Toffoli in a Bruins jersey would perform better than LA Toffoli?
A LOT of a$$-hattery written here by Haggs:
Haggerty: Why B's pursuit of Kreider might hit a snag
A LOT!!
"desperately need in their top-6"
"the danger of Kreider re-signing with the Rangers has been a possibility all the time given that the Blueshirts were the team that drafted and developed the Massachusetts native. That kind of development would leave the Bruins scouring for second and third option-type players like Tyler Toffoli"
"The Rangers are looking for a Kevin Hayes-type return for Kreider and that would mean a first-round pick and a B’s prospect like Trent Frederic, Anders Bjork or Jeremy Lauzon."
A first round pick AND Fredeic, AND or Bjork or Lauzon? Holy ****.
Yet he's talking about keeping Heinen? Cripes!
Jaffe just mentioned Conor Garland Stats and News
on the 98.5 hockey show.
Not as a trade target just at how great he's playing
for the Coyotes...

I don't get it. Him and Charlie Moore (not hockey just in general) really don't do anything for me. Then again most of the Boston "hockey" media is ****y. Ty Anderson, Jaffe, and Bob Beers know their stuff. After that there's a huge and drastic drop off.I really do question his hockey knowledge. How the heck did he get that job?
Awesome another 5'9 wuss, just what they need. He would fit in with the rest of the forwards. Could put him nd Heinen on the same line, bring back JFK to center them and the DPB would have it's dream lineJaffe just mentioned Conor Garland Stats and News

Agree and he seems to like it there and fits in well, I could absolutely see the habs just keeping hm.I could see MTL keeping him though. He might be the only reason fans are tuning in to watch instead of the major focus being on Bergevin
Toffoli is the only one in that group I would be ok with. In:
Josh Anderson
Tyler Toffoli
Joe Thornton
Out:
John Moore
Danton Heinen
1st (to Columbus)
2nd (to LA)
Saved JJ some money that is why they let him go there. What about when we gave them permission to sign Claude Julien. Seems like business to me
SergachevSure, now if the B's DID deal with the Habs for Armia (or Gallagher) and Kovi is a throw in I would be good with that. But the fans in Montreal would probably want Bergevins head if Kovi comes to Boston and wins a Cup.
IMO, Yes on Armia, naaah on Kovi unless a throw-in. I just don't see Sweeney swallowing THAT much pride (kovi alone for a top 3 pick).
EDIT: OT...... With all of the screw-ups that Bergevin has made since he took over, I don't know how there haven't been riots up there. Trading that d-man (name escapes me) to Tampa, trading Subban for Weber etc. I guess maybe because they want more French Canadian players up there as priority?!?!
We overrate our plug fourth liners badly and don’t give skilled guys a shot. Garland is excellent. Need pesky quick Marchand types down there. Wagner over Acciari woooooooofffffff.
Would not pay that for Kreider, Offer Gryz + Frederic or Heinen + Vaak.A LOT of a$$-hattery written here by Haggs:

Just saw on TSN site they are saying some teams may be calling the Jets about Kyle Connor, they may be willing to deal for hep on D, mentions Bowen Byram possibly. Wonder if the B's could use Gryz + or Vaak + as trade bait for Connor?
Yeah guess they would have to retain some or take some salary back like say Gryz + HeinenNot going to happen. He carries a 7.1M cap hit.
Hindsight wooooooooffffff.
I mean, really. Your post doesn't make any sense when you end it with the sarcastic "wagner over acciari" like you knew Noel was going to to go to FLA and put up 18G. When they both were here in Boston, you could easily make the case that Wagner was just a better all around version of what Acciari was. He walked for 1.6M and we have Wagner for 1.3M. At the end of the day, Acciari isn't doing what he did in FLA because he wasn't going to get a sniff of the opportunity he's gotten there. Christ, he just played 20 minutes last night! If Acciari was playing 20 minutes here in Boston, something has gone seriously seriously wrong.
I don't think Sweeney wants to pay that rich of a ransom for a rental.

We have a gaping hole at RW. You don’t think it’s reasonable to give the organization some flak for not trying an 18 goal scorer there at all?
Acciaris hits were harder than Wagners.
These guys saw him every day and can’t be shocked. They get paid to do this kind of thing me and you don’t. You wouldn’t take a JDB-DK-Acciari second line right now?
But again if they signed him he was probably going to be glued to the fourth. Remember our refusal to move up Paille because Campbell and Thornton needed his speed to cover for them?
yeah teams are generally just lining up to trade 30+ goal point per game forwards AND retain salary in the deal. I know if I was an NHL GM I'd love to pay a portion of a guy's salary so he can go score 35 goals for some other team. And in this case I'd get to pay millions of dollars for a guy to play for another team for the next 7 years??! Where do I sign up??Yeah guess they would have to retain some or take some salary back like say Gryz + Heinen
