It's not just a chance at the NHL, it's a chance on the top point% team in the league with a legit shot to get his name on the Cup this summer.Whole thing is interesting. His numbers dipped a lot this year, but I'm sure there are many factors for that. But also bailing on his top 10 team mid season. Granted, a chance at the NHL is a chance at the NHL.
I bet it's still not right, can't see they're gonna stiffle him $4k from the "normal" max of $92.5 k.
Times are tough... Maybe we needed to buy some new stuff for the arena. The lights have been acting up the last two games
And a Disney film of himself. It's not just a chance at the NHL, it's a chance on the top point% team in the league with a legit shot to get his name on the Cup this summer.
Oh shit, for real? It's not just a chance at the NHL, it's a chance on the top point% team in the league with a legit shot to get his name on the Cup this summer.
As real as Cornelson calling a jet sweep on 3rd and 10Oh shit, for real?
Thank God we don't have to deal with that anymore! As real as Cornelson calling a jet sweep on 3rd and 10
QB power only if the QB is slow.Thank God we don't have to deal with that anymore!
And in fairness, it's just as likely a QB power up up the middle in that situation.
Didn't the article state Mak and maybe Warm were injured as well? We certainly had two guys I've never heard of playing in Chicago today. Not a good sign for Freddie and Raanta’s health? Hasn’t he been pretty bad this year? Why are we going to give him NHL time over Makiniemi?

Use him as Canes 3rd goalie so Lyon can continue to get reps down below?
Makiniemi has been nursing an injury for a while that he wont play through anymore. He will be out at least 3 weeks. Not a good sign for Freddie and Raanta’s health? Hasn’t he been pretty bad this year? Why are we going to give him NHL time over Makiniemi?
He hasn't even been AHL level this year. Barely NCAA starting goalie caliber a lot of the time. Source: I only watch Gopher hockey and I watch every minute.
He's a nice kid but he played way beyond his mean last year and has been below it this year. I don't see an NHL future for him so I suppose good for him to go for it while there might be a chance to get hot and stick.
You only get one shot, do not miss your chance to blowI think the circumstance practically dictates that he'll get a start or two in the NHL, which might never have happened for him otherwise. Got to take the chance when it comes around.
Now, what he does with it is anyone's guess, because (say it one more time) goalies are voodoo.
I feel like the guy who timed the beat drop too early in that video.
