How did Matt Read go from AHL waiver fodder to full time player?

He didn't. He went from NHL caliber 4th liner (better than multiple players on this team) to NHL caliber 4th liner playing in the AHL to NHL caliber 4th liner. He only played 9 minutes.

Flip playing 10 minutes and being demoted to play with Meat was nice though.

Good for COlumbus and good for Florida. They deserve to make the playoffs, we don't. Our coach is a moron. Our depth is non existent. Our best goalie graduated with Rory Gilmore at f***ing Yale and isn't the one we gave up picks for at the deadline.

It's really a shame that Voracek is over PPG at this point because his point total is not even close to being indicative of his play on ice, he constantly looks like a moron out on the ice and costs us when it matters most.

Im tired of prospects being the only positive thing about this team. Hopefully we get a stud with one of our 2 picks at the draft this year.
