1) Lethera taking his spot on 2RW
2) Weise going 2RW and Lethera 3LW
3) Read called up and playing 2RW 3 LW
4) Raffl 2RW and Read/Lethera 4LW (unlikely)

Just move Weal over to RW and Lehtera to LW.

I have a feeling his back is bothering him, but he’s trying to play through the pain. I would advise him to rest it for a couple of weeks and then he can come back stronger than ever.
