Behind A Tree
Early days yet but the Cubs have swooned a bit to start the year. Being 2-3 after 5 games vs. the Marlins and Reds is not good. Be interesting to see if they can pick it up.

Wow. Abreu tries to tag up and tag 2nd on a fly ball to left. I know Granderson has a noodle arm but he was out by like 10 feet. Thanks for the double play I guess.

On another note Garcia has pitched well giving up only a solo shot to Wellington Castillo. Has been striking guys out and worked out of the jams he's gotten into. On the other side, Lopez has a pretty electric arm. Some control issues but he throws some gas and it moves.

Man, Abreu is one strong dude. 2 singles and a double tonight but each one has pushed the oufielders back to the track. The last one was a grounder into the CF/RF gap but he hit it so hard it drove Pillar to near the wall and he was able to get into 2nd. A good throw would have had him easy though.
