He's been relegated to the cheerleading role ever since the Devils acquired Grabner and Maroon. With our forward depth, he is never going to get in before any of these guys:

Hall - Hischier - Palmieri
Grabner - Zacha - Bratt
Maroon - Zajac - Noesen
Coleman - Boyle - Stafford
Johansson - Gibbons - Wood

If he could convert breakaways he would probably end up with more goals than Crosby. It's like his one sad fatal flaw.

I'd much rather see Noeson in rather than Stafford. Stafford has had points in the last few games, but he is still awful. Noeson has shown he is much better.

Also, Zacha was good in his first game back, made some real sharp defensive plays.
