Looks like Andonovski got his wires crossed a little there.

I love nasty style of hockey and Andonovski fits the bill. The video was great until the end...that Faist guy is a pathetic linesman, poor kid was getting fed while he was down on his knees already.

It was the ref and ref's aren't there to break up fights. Although yeah, he probably should have done something.

How about that two hander to the goalie at the start of the clip though....?!

Personally, I have Swedish Zack Smith vibes about Pettersson

I hope they try to mold his game this way, I don't think he has Top-6 potential but could be an efficient 2-way bottom-6 forward

He compares himself to/claims to model his game after Patric Hornqvist.

If he can reach that potential it would be amazing and a great fit. He’ll definitely need a few seasons to add strength and develop if he wants to play like that.

That'd be incredible and would go a long way in becoming hard to play against. That's the only thing we need IMO (of course, with more cohesion, structure, chemistry : coaching), the talent is there, need to be able to optimize it

Hornqvist had 12 straight seasons with 0.54 to 0.80 PPG (44 to 65 pts paces), he was a 2nd line forward. Oskar doesn't need to score as much to be welcomed

If he can be a third liner who can move up and down the lineup when lines need a spark/shift disturber/net front presence we’d be laughing to the bank.

his game reminds me of Silferberg - great shot and similar frame and speed, smart hockey player and wants to play inside but can’t really and his offence suffers from it So he’s really a good 3rd line player and not a top 6 despite having a top 6 shot but just can’t get into those same scoring spots in the NHL

K-Train in his own tier according to Wheeler. ( I don't think Wheeler is the topic here. His rankings are usually off but this one .. may not be too far off not many hidden gems in there and imo its hard to disagree that Kleven is on top of a rather poor B prospect group)

Wasn’t wheeler the “Sanderson is a second pairing guy” guy.
He's a journalist with an interest in hockey, that's about it.

Zero hockey background, as a player or a scout, but a journalism background who walked into a great gig, and is doing a good job at it.

Learning on the fly, and because he gets clicks. No more or less reliable than any random on here pretending to have an informed list of guys leaguewide as prospects or draft eligible guys.

It's content, that's about it

With 2 firsts this year that ranking may change a bit

Also. Has staios kept the same scouts

Same amateur scouts so far.

Rob Murphy was promoted to head pro scout and Jim Clark was demoted; John Perpich was not retained so we are actually down a pro scout.

This is all per elite prospects so if that's not current then my post would have some wrong info
