I'm not saying I'm celebrini Couture's inquiry, but I'm ok if him and Hertl missa some games over the next 2 years....

Soo Couture just has a mysterious LBI where he is week to week but could come back in time for the season opener but also could not due to the nature of the injury.

“I’m not being coy. He feels like he will be, but with the injury he’s got, you’re just not sure. So we will go week to week, re-evaluate him after the next four or five days.” - Quinn

Quinn seems to know what it is and makes it sound like there is no real timeline you can predict with whatever is wrong and he suffered it during off season training.

Really wish hockey could just be open with this stuff instead of all this mystery

Maybe he swallowed a tooth and it's taking a real long time to "push it out".
