It's not fun being crammed into a plane for the better part of 5 hours but I don't see why they wouldn't be able to play back to back games at almost any distance. Especially when you consider it's not anything like conventional travel. There you can probably sprawl out and actually be comfortable as opposed to be stuck against a window next to a big guy from Pittsburgh who nervous talks the entire flight

It's a hell of an ordeal to travel for that long any time but I imagine it's easier for players than most civilians
