A little bit of recency bias, a little bit of him being a new type of player for the prospect pool that we have sorely lacked and people getting excited even if he doesn't necessarily deserve to go this high. He should go more like 9, but if he had had a normal season this past year, he might actually have been deserving of 6.

I'm not as high on Bahl as others, I think. I feel he's currently the most NHL ready of the three big shutdown D we have coming up on the left, but I actually have higher hopes for Vukojevic. I suspect he'll be just as good defensively, but can add a little more scoring punch.

This season is a really big one for our goalie prospects who got signed, Daws and Schmid, and also Brady. Add Malek being a complete unknown it’s also a pre-season where who the f*** knows where these guys should go on a prospect list. Or even what order. It’s complete chaos in the net. (And Mareks Mitens is still lurking on a 2021-22 AHL deal.)

Okhotyuk Daws.....Only put Okhotyuk over Misyul because I don't think Misyul can come over until 23 or 24. He is a top LHD prospect like his 2 way game and physical presence
