I'd congratulate the Russians for winning Gold in hockey, but, they didn't deserve to win anything, because:
1) Not a single Russian athlete should have been there! When is a ban not a ban? At the Olympics of course! The IOC should be well embarrassed, as after banning them for doping, another Russian was caught AGAIN at these Olympics! Oh, but, the Athletes from Russia weren't allowed to hear their anthem or see their flag during medal ceremonies! Well, what the IOC should have done is give the Russian medal winners blue ribbons for participation instead of Olympic medals! Not a single Russian should have been awarded a medal of any kind!
2) Canada and the U.S.A were not allowed to send their best players because the N.H.L. refused to participate.
3) Cheating is cheating, in any sport! It should NOT be tolerated, especially when it was state sponsored like it was at Sochi!
