Why does Calgary keep throwing passes that lose yards on 2nd down?

That's the easiest play to defend in this snow and almost impossible to succeed as the receiver can't sharply turn and run.

Another Grey Cup with terrible play calling.

Toronto looks awful. Very fortunate not to be down by any more. Go figure, they look like a 9-9 team that just kind of ended up in the Grey Cup. But Calgary has let them hang around. Gonna be interesting.
