Yes. His last game with Cuda was Sunday. (While Ryan was "assigned", he'll be flying back to SJ with team tonight)

So, technically, they'll have 7 D on the roster, but only 6 in Edmonton (plus Ryan's ghost).

Interesting, looks like he just needs to play instead of watch. I do not believe
this is because of his game. Problem with numbers, Ryan can be sent down. Martin is healthy and needs to play. All of this until a deal happens.

The AHL transactions page made a mistake with Ryan, they said he was called up yesterday even though that's not possible since he was already up. They corrected the mistake, that he was sent down, but left the transaction that he was also called up.

That did happen according to capfriendly as well. They probably called him back up to give them flexibility with the roster freeze because they can send him down before the 23rd, I think.
