Looks can be deceptive. Del Potro looks fresher than he did in the first set to me and Andy's head problems seem to be resolved. The deciding set is a toss up.

It's best of five, which is why Del Potro doesn't stand a chance.
Didn't realize that. JMDP in very hot water then. Andy playing some smart tennis here, running him around as much as he can.

Back to back double faults at the start of Juan Martin's service game eventually lead to a break for Andy, 4-2

What the hell, what are you doing Murray? Grotesque service game leads to immediate break, 1-love. Instant replay of the beginning of the second set, but Del Potro can't consolidate. That might be the ball game eventually; he really needed to hold there....more craziness, as another break gives Juan Martin the edge again. Wildly inconsistent and unpredictable match.....the smart, cunning Murray suddenly resurfaces and breaks again. That's four straight breaks to start the set, 2-2.

Hard not to admire Delpo here. Like some lumbering force of the earth hitting impossible forehands all over the place.

I'll be damned--Andy broken again. His first serve has been in Sao Paulo the entire match. If Del Potro holds twice, the fourth set is his.

Juan Martin can't quite hold, 5-5--the set has a ways to go.

Insanely dysfunctional, highly entertaining set so far. Hope Juan Martin can take it to a tie breaker.
