They do, but you can touch the ball if it's on the rim, something you can't do in the NBA.

You can't touch the ball after it starts its downward trajectory, same as NBA, here you're just allowed to knock the ball off the rim if it sits on it, also you can knock it in as an offensive player without being called for offensive basket interference.
