Kucherov is dangerous anytime he's on the right side of the Center line. He's playing serviceable (low minutes) defensively as well and is actually backchecking. Encouraging. Connolly is watching himself slide down the depth chart every game Kucherov plays.

Great game from Hedman tonight, not just on the offensive side, but defensively as well. That guy was hustling on the forecheck, and busting his ass on the backcheck.

Coop's system lets him work a little more, because someone will actually cover for him, should he decide to leave his position.

Some of those were A-grade scoring chances too. 3 in one shift. And then there was the breakaway he'll be dreaming about tonight.

This kid's gonna score a lot of goals in this league. On top of that shot, his one-on-one skills are high-end too.

game is still fast to kucherov if he stays up in like two weeks he will be finishing a lot of things he is not tonight. He will take that extra split second or in his mind he will and put them in. Just like taking a shot with a gun

I thought this was very solid game a little chippy at times. Gave up 2-3 scoring chances but back checking was superb and we are really stepping in front of pucks blocking a lot of shots not sure all of them are called blocks though lol.

Flip looked like was harassed a lot tonight. Like when teams give him more space

Didnt see anyone who played bad barberio shows a ton of speed. The board seems to have had him very off first few games lol.

pitt won shootout would have rather they won str8 up and toronto go no point
