I mean it’s not like you provided an example of how Maradona is some how more skilled than Pele, R9, or Cruyff.Thank you for providing a quick example.

Thank you for providing a quick example.
Maradona single-handedly won Argentina a Cup; Pele was surrounded by legendary players in '62 and '70 and was a bench player in '58. Yes, he's scored a lot of goals - against generally weaker opposition sides; inflating his totals.
Also my list is obviously subjective; I'm not going to go into the semantics to show you that Maradona is better than R9, Cruyff..
I think he is. You don't have to think so.
My main goal by drawing up a top-10 list was to show that I think Pele is overrated. I still rank him high, but this idea that he's far and away THE BEST is just not true.
In the match from 1969 it was Edu. In the match from 1957 it was Pele.
Pele’s full record vs European competition

Mark my words. In 20-30 years, there will younger, less learnt fans claiming that Messi would never be able to play in their modern day. That Messi would never cope with the defenders of their era. Trust me, they’ll say it.Whoever says Pele is overrated, google that video with criminal tackles against him. It's a wonder he could still walk let alone score all those goals.
