Just paraphrasing...Panthers MINORITY owner Jordan Zimmerman was quoted in the Miami Herald, saying "the players are greedy" and that the NHL should open with replacement players in the fall if no deal is reached.

I don't think this proves much about the owners motives -- since Zimmerman has little-to-no say in Panthers business -- let alone the NHL's business. But thought it was an interesting read nonetheless.
